Our experienced doctors provide occupational health advice in relation to almost any physical or mental health condition or work-related stress issues.
Occupational health assessments and management referrals are undertaken remotely via telephone consultations by experienced occupational health physicians (doctors).
We deliver occupational health advice to employers regarding employees’ fitness for work and reasonable adjustments to consider in order to help improve the health, safety and wellbeing of employees at work whilst also improving productivity at work. We also provide advice on whether an employee’s medical condition is likely to be covered under the Equality Act 2010.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH INTERVENTION
We are fully digital which means that employees don’t need to travel to see our occupational health physicians or doctors.
All we ask is for the employee to be in a private room and available to talk for the duration of the assessment on the telephone number which has been provided to us.

We deliver clear, relevant, structured, concise and evidence-based occupational health reports pertaining to fitness for work, reasonable adjustments and Equality Act 2010.
We realise how important it is for an employer to receive occupational health advice or recommendations quickly to help them manage and support their employees.
Therefore, we aim to have the report completed and sent to employer electronically within 24-48 hours (1-2 working days).
We ask the referrer to submit a referral form with details of reasons for referral (e.g. referral of employee with recurrent spells of sickness absence, prolonged spell of sickness absence, performance issues, returning to work after sickness absence, pre-placement etc.)
We will triage the referral to ensure all the fields are completed correctly and to ensure suitability. Once approved, we will allocate the case to one of our experienced occupational health doctors.
We will contact referrer with appointment slots that are available. We can usually offer appointments very quickly, depending on availability of employee.
Our organisation adheres to GDPR and we take utmost care to ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
We will always obtain informed consent from the employee before releasing the report to their employer and the employee will always receive a copy, with an option to review the report prior to employer if they wish.
We offer a pay as you go service so referrer would only pay for each appointment or assessment on an individual basis.
There are no lengthy contracts, regular payments or joining fees. You would only pay for each individual assessment. Our pricing is very competitive and transparent for a doctor led service.
